But I was really happy to see a mention of Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos in it! I really like their work and have been a fan for some time now. I was lucky enough to meet them this time last year and what a difference a year has made to their company!Famous for their amazing prints, cleverly chosen colors and wonderful cutting skills, the pair have dressed some of the world's most famous women - including Samantha Cameron who has worn their work a few times now.
I have to say though, the article, while brief, did mention that they were a couple - which I never knew! Including the quote : 'We push and challenge each other" says Christopher. 'We need to be together to think together,' add Peter of their amazing synergy.' Synergy is the right word with these two. They work so well together and it's great to hear they are progressing so well!
I also just learned tonight that they have been shortlisted, along with Johnathon Saunders, Richard Nicoll and Nicholas Kirkwood for the BFC /Vogue designer fund. The winner will recieve £200,000 in funding, be featured in the March edition of Vogue and receive mentoring provided by the industry's lead figures - not bad!
