From the sweat glistening off his chest to his Adidas kicks — the artisans at Madame Tussauds captured Justin Bieber's likeness to great detail.
The new "wet look" wax figure debuted Sunday at Madame Tussauds London, inspired by his Purpose World Tour. The museum launched an interactive experience that features the pop star's waxwork in front of a wall of rain.
The costume resembles much of what Bieber wears when he hits the stage — no shirt, trousers and Adidas brand sneakers, though the model featured isn't his favorite Ultra Boost style.
The Ultra Boost shoes feature a supportive fit at the base of the upper, and the signature Primeknit technology adds flexibility and breathability.
The range is available in other colorways on Adidas' website.
Bieber and his stylist Karla Welch tapped Fear of God designer Jerry Lorenzo to create his wardrobe for tour. The brand also helped design the tour's merchandise.
Speaking to Footwear News in a previous interview, Adidas' Traci Morlan, global director of entertainment and influencer marketing, said that since partnering with Bieber in 2013, he has "brought a new level of followers to the Neo social channels."
"He is becoming a style icon," Morlan added. "Whether he posts an onstage pic in the Adidas Ultra Boost or a pic of him playing 'Pokemon Go' in his white Adidas Originals NMDs, he has an enormous influence on his followers, which enhances the demand and coveted reputation of both these models."
