To get to this final result, here are the products I used:
-Formula X Nail Cleanser
-Formula X Base Coat
-Sally Hansen "Fuchsia Power"
-Sally Hansen "White On"
-Julep Polymer Top Coat
-White Nail Art Polish
Here are the steps I followed for the Manicure:
1. Nail Cleanser and Base Coat
2. Paint base colors - I used pink on 3 nails and the 2 nails I wanted to do lips, I painted white:
3. Let dry well and paint on lips! I used pink acrylic polish because I find it dries quickly and is thinner so it is easier to build up color and shape. The lips can be hard to free hand, but my tip is just to start small, and build up to the shape you like!
4. Use white nail art polish and create a line through the lips!
5. Use the white nail art polish and create an "X" and an "O" on a accent nail, to add an extra touch!
6. Let dry well and add top coat!
Here is another look, since I love them so much!
And now, since I had a really busy Manicure Monday, I am taking it easier on my Monthly Pedicure - I just want to use a pretty, shimmery polish for my toes! Here is a look at what I did:
This picture is not the greatest - toes are never easy to photograph! I wish you could see the polish a little better as it has a very beautiful gold shimmer throughout the darker pink! I actually really like it!

The steps for my Monthly Pedicure were very straight forward: Nail cleanser and base coat, 2 coats of polish, and top coat over top!
